2016年兩岸企業家峰會11月6日、7日在金門、廈門兩地登場，這是520後兩岸民間交流層級最高、規模最大的經貿交流活動，據了解，中共對台工作領導小組的副組長，大陸全國政協主席俞正聲7日將出席閉幕式並致詞。由於這是大陸結束對蔡總統的觀察期及APEC峰會召開前夕兩岸最大型經貿交流，俞正聲談話也視為兩岸關係風向球，外界關注。

「2016年兩岸企業家峰會」（下稱峰會）將於11月6日開幕，據了解，儘管兩岸關係因為蔡英文在520就職演說未承認九二共識，致雙方官方交流機制中斷，關係陷入冷對抗，但預計在金門舉辦的開幕式，兩岸各有250位企與會嘉賓出席，總計500位，堪稱是520後兩岸最大規模的民間經貿交流活動。

大陸方面將由前國務院副總理曾培炎及我方前副總統蕭萬長在金門共同主持開幕式，並由台陸雙方各派一位發表專題演說，開幕式結束後，近500位企業領袖、工商團體及智庫人士將搭小三通轉往廈門，舉行10個推動小組的分論壇。

續推動古雷一體化

今年論壇主題以「企業創新合作，產業融合發展」為題，由台方峰會副理事長江丙坤擔任主持。相關人士指出，儘管兩岸關係變差，兩岸產業搭橋合作也喊停，但兩岸企業家峰會不會受到影響。

據了解，預計在7日舉行10場分論壇，我方將繼續爭取兩岸在IC與顯示器、5G與通訊產業的合作與優勢互補。另外，在能源石化產業方面，考量到台灣石化產業近年面臨的發展困境，我方也將繼續推動漳州古雷煉化一體化項目。

關注中小企業合作

此外，服貿協議洽簽雖喊停，兩岸仍會針對金融、文化創意、生技與健康產業等領域，加強合作，除此，在照顧三中一青方面，今年也針對成長型及中小企業，進行產業媒合的合作。

值得注意的是，俞正聲將出席7日閉幕式。由於峰會時間點臨近亞太經濟合作（APEC）領袖會議，俞正聲的致詞內容，備受外界關注，可視為會前的兩岸關係風向球。

另民眾如確定因風災健保卡毀損致不堪使用，健保署將免費換發一張新卡。申請換發新卡，僅需填妥「請領健保卡申請表」，並註明「梅姬颱風受災戶」，就近到各地郵局或親自到健保署各分區業務組、聯絡辦公室申請。

民眾如需查詢健保相關業務及颱風期間之就醫資訊，可多加利用中央健康保險署全球資訊網、「全民健保行動快易通」APP，或撥打健保署免付費諮詢專線0800-030-598詢問。

0800免付費專線專人諮詢（上班日上午8時30分至下午5時30分），假日亦安排專人輪值（上午9時至下午5時），民眾如遇有緊急事件需健保就醫協助，亦可撥打0800免付費專線尋求協助。

不過繼先前西蒙斯傳出腳傷可能整季報銷之後，上季球隊防守核心諾艾爾，傳出膝蓋受傷必須動刀。諾艾爾上季平均有11.1分、8.1籃板和1.5火鍋，在已經有歐卡福和安比德兩名正統中鋒情況下，諾艾爾角色相當吃重，但昨天76人官方表示，諾艾爾目前暫無歸期，但據傳評估其傷勢還不算太嚴重。

而對76人至今最大好消息，則是安比德似乎比預期更進入狀況，昨天面對熱火隊熱身賽面對懷塞德防守，連續低位單打、空中接力灌籃和面框切入，僅在18分鐘內就攻下18分、9籃板，寫下熱身賽至今代表作，同時也是連續5戰得分雙位數。

另外，西蒙斯昨天也傳出好消息，目前可能最快在1月就能重回球場，總教練布朗面對接連的傷兵打擊總算鬆口氣：「幸好不是完全絕望，但我們接下來也還有包含貝列斯和歐卡福等人，需要觀察恢復狀況。」
